We are excited to host our 21st Yosemite Facelift® this year!
Registration begins on May 1st
Event Registration Information:
1st step: Watch the Archaeology Cleanup Guidelines Video
2nd Step: Register each individual in your party
3rd Step: Complete the NPS Volunteer Online Agreement & Register each individual in your party
For the youth agreement the parent / guardians will need to fill out, sign, and bring to the event for each youth, anyone under the age of 17.
In order to obtain your entrance pass you need to complete all three of these steps!

What you will need to know before you arrive . . .

Unfortunately, lodging is not provided. There are many campgrounds and hotels in Yosemite National Park and outside of the park. Yosemite National Park campgrounds are reserved through recreation.gov

Yes, upon arrival at the gate, you will need to show ID. Your event registration and online agreement will be your entrance gate confirmation.

Yes, you may sign-up in-person, though you will not be able to receive a gate entrance pass. And we encourage all volunteers to sign-up prior to the event.

We recommend carpooling as much as possible. Also, walking around the park and biking around is the best way to get around. There are multiple bike rental spots in the park.

We will be hosting multiple food fundraiser opportunities for the school and daycare in the park. We will have breakfast and dinner for purchase as a fundraiser

Yes, the special project sign-ups will begin on Wednesday, September 25th. To register, you will go to the NPS Volunteer booth when you arrive at the Valley Visitor Center.
